Meal Deals at The Cock
Stopped at this pub for a bite to eat this afternoon. The menu currently has a meal deal of 2 meals for £9.00.
The staff were friendly and helpful and we ordered 3 meals coming to a total of £13.00
The food was well cooked and the portions were generous. When we asked to change 'the peas for beans' the staff were happy to do so.
The Cock is located on the High Street and is in the centre of the shopping area making it convenient for customers to use.
There is parking available behind the pub which can be accessed via Paynes Park and you walk straight through to the pub via a gate at the bottom of the car park.
If you are looking for simple, well cooked food then I would recommend you visit this pub.
