Visited this club for a metal night.

The owner Bob was very helpful when asked for wheelchair access for my husband and he personally escorted me around the outside of the building to ensure that access was suitable.

Once we had organised access I went to pay. The metal night had three bands playing for the entrance fee of £5 per person which I thought was good value for money.

Once inside there was a bar downstairs and the stage was upstairs with another bar. The bar was well stocked and the staff were friendly.

Be warned though ladies, make sure you check your underwear as there is ultra violet light everywhere and you know what that will do when your wearing dark clothing! Don't say I didn't warn you.

The reason I only gave this four out of five is that, even though the ramped access was in place it could do with a bit of repair.

All in all though a good night out at a reasonable price. This venue caters for all types of music and a list of future gigs can be found on the Club 85 website.
