Pancake Fever in Hitchin

Hitchin Pancake Fayre is due to take place this Saturday, (13th Feb,) in Market Square from 9am.

The square will be full of food and drink stalls with live music entertaining the crowds as they enjoy the culinary delights on offer.

This event precedes the Annual Pancake races which are due to take place on Shrove Tuesday (16th Feb,) on the High Street in Hitchin.

The races will start at 11.30am with the men taking up the challenge first, followed by the women's event and then two fancy dress races.

An absolute must see for all the family.
