New to Hitchin I found this garage on the web and asked my neighbour about them. She said they were a friendly bunch who were good with women drivers! They are too. I was most impressed, they didn't look down their noses at me being an older woman driver and they were very clear about what needed doing and what could wait for a few months before needing replacement. I felt my car was in good hands and their office, lounge and workshop are all really clean - means a lot to a woman does that.
