    Will and Trust Fund made Easy

       

    I rang around a number of solicitors in Hitchin before speaking with Mark Bowen of Bowen's Solicitors. In contrast to the lacklustre response I received from others, Mr Bowen was reassuring and knowledgable about my request to set up a trust fund to ensure my child's best interests will be properly respected in the event of my death. The questionnaire emailed to me on the same day enabled me to put my thoughts in writing and the whole process of making the will was much more straightforward than I had imagined.
    So many people are afraid to make a will, or can't bring themselves to think about dying. I personally couldn't bear to think about leaving my family struggling with hurt and confusion if I had died without having a will. It is such a relief to have it done and I'm actively encouraging all of my friends to get theirs sorted out too. I can't recommend Mr Bowen highly enough.
