Sporting facilities in Hitchin - Lottery Funded facility for School and Community.

The

‘HBS Sports Centre’  (Hitchin Boys School) is a lottery funded Hitchin Boys' School

initiative.

The facilities are for the use of the school and the community and gives access to extra facilities for the locals of North Herts.

The centre is open every evening, from 6.00pm, at weekends and during school holiday periods, where summer holiday activities are run for children and their families.

The acitivities that are available are extensive and include:

• Badminton;
• Table Tennis;
• Shotokan Karate;
• Thai/Kick Boxing;
• Extreme Adventure;
• Trampolining;
• Fencing;
• Yoga;
• Weightwatchers;
• ‘Theatre Train’.

The facilities are also availabe for hire and are suitable for:

• Parties;
• Meetings;
• Sports Activities.
