Today saw the official opening of Woolgrove's School new sensory garden.

Opened by Saracen's rugby player Will Fraser the garden has been developed with help from staff at the Hitchin office of Liverpool Victoria Insurance Company. (LV=)

The school garden was originally full of scrub and bushes and it was the pupils idea to have it cleaned up and a sensory garden built.

This Hitchin based special needs school has seen support for this project from other local organisations and charities and LV= have already pledged to continue supporting the garden by re-visiting the school later in the year to ensure that the garden is well maintained.
