Hitchin Museum is gearing up for its 6th Form Art exhibition which runs from 10–24 September 2011.
This year for the first time the Priory and Hitchin Girls' School will be joined by students of Hitchin Boys' School promising to make the exhibition even more diverse and spectacular than usual.
The Museum describes the exhibition as a feast for the eyes with an amazing amount of inventiveness and local talent on display.
The exhibition is free and open during Hitchin Museum's normal opening hours (10am-5pm daily except Wed and Sun).
On the 10 September the Museum will also be hosting Heritage Open Day, which runs alongside many other attractions locally and nationally. To celebrate this event there will be special activities from 10am -1pm on Saturday 10 September with Victorian, World War Two and pharmaceutical mystery objects.
