On Monday 9th Jan I wend down one of the potholes in Portmill Lane. I have broken my ankle and will have to be off work and have had to cancel my holiday at the end of the month. I am sure that they have been there since last winter but I need to have independent witnesses that these have been there for 6 months. Can any of you help me?
