Just been down to the Italian Market in Hitchin. Although it is raining and blowing a gale there was a good amount of people visiting and the stall holders were on great form and are more than happy for you to try some of the produce before you buy. Among other things they are selling some lovely breads, meats and a great selection of olive oils. If you haven't been down to have a browse yet then it is well worth it.
