Cafe Rouge

I know it's "just a chain" but last time I was in Hitchin (just before Xmas) I had a really good meal in Cafe Rouge. Lovely pate and meat platter, a good steak and a decent glass of wine while I watched the town wander past the window - very pleasant indeed.
